How do I return an item purchased on Online cosmetics?
You can seek a replacement or refund if you have received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' condition. It's simple, log in and create a return request online or email/chat/call the given customer service number
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Keep all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice as it is along with the product.
Returns and all replacements do not incur any charges to you.
Number of days within which return request can be accepted varies for each product/seller. You must create a return request within the specified period.
We support Replacement across categories/sellers in case of damaged item.
In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are refunded to your account
You can return the product through any courier with charges not exceeding that of the original shipment charges. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock. We will refund the amount if unable to provide the replacement for the same.
